(The Crowd))

ebook

(Firstly published in 1895, The Crowd has a history of over 100 years and is regarded as the first work of folk psychology. This book makes a deep analysis of the characteristics and causes of the group in simple language and deeply analyzes social obedience and excessive obedience, rebellion of the masses, self governed by others, mass movement, alienation of man, bureaucratization process and function of unconsciousness in social behavior. In opinions of Le Bon, modern life is characterized by the aggregation of groups. Once a person enters into a group, his personality is annihilated and the thought of the group dominates. The behavior of the group shows no dissenting, emotional and low IQ. )
